Besides my main core function of locating a suitable place for you, I will also ensure that all documentations are in order and that you are indeed dealing with the rightful owner of the property. In sub-leasing cases, I will ensure that the rightful owner has given his consent.

Why engage me?

Most agents use the same property search engines in Singapore, as such, engaging multiple agents will only lead to time wastage and embarrassment as chances are, you will be viewing the same property with different agents. I will know what your requirements are after one viewing and will know what not to show you thereafter. You will save time repeating your requirements to many different agents like a broken vinyl record.

Common Rental Procedures

VIEWINGS
I will arrange for you rooms/units based on your criteria and needs. We will view till you find a suitable one. Just let me know ahead of time and I will try my best to schedule viewings for you. I work 24/7/365

THINGS TO PREPARE
- 1 month's deposit (1 year lease)
- 2 month's deposit (2 years lease)
- Photocopy of your Pass/Identity Card/Passport
- Utility deposit
(Some owners may require a deposit for this cause, though not common. May vary from $50 to $100)

- Agent's professional fee
12 mths OR more - 1mth commission
LESS THAN 12 months - 0.5mth commission
